For the in-surgery whitening we use the Zoom Whitening System, which is an American system considered to be one of the most effective systems available. The whitening process takes about ninety minutes during which time you can watch your favourite DVD through some special glasses we provide. CrownsA crown completely covers a weak tooth above the gum and protects it. They are made of metal, porcelain or a combination of these materials. They are commonly known as caps. BridgesA bridge is used where a tooth is missing and it consists of crowns on either side of the gap, joined together by placing a false tooth in the gap. They are made in a laboratory and glued into place in the surgery. VeneersVeneers are thin layers of porcelain made to fit over the front of a tooth, similar to a false finger nail.
